CUSTOMISED MEDIATION SERVICES
Reach out to us via phone, email, or our online contact form for an informative consultation.
We will discuss the nature of the dispute, actions already taken, we will speak about the mediation process, and address any questions you may have. Here we identify if the conflict is suitable for mediation.
If you decide to proceed, both parties will sign an Agreement to Mediate, outlining the terms and conditions of the mediation process.
We coordinate with all parties to set a convenient date, time, and location for the mediation session. Mediation can be conducted in person or online.
The mediator will facilitate the session, ensuring that each party has the opportunity to speak and be heard. The sessions include joint discussions and private caucuses. If an agreement is reached, the mediator will help draft a written agreement outlining the terms. All parties will review and sign the document.
After the mediation, the mediator will follow up to ensure that the terms of the agreement are being implemented and to provide any additional support if needed (optional).
