Angela Herberholz is the founder of HERBERHOLZ MEDIATION SERVICES and an experienced conflict resolution specialist, supporting leaders and teams across Europe and beyond. Fluent in English, French, and German and based in Paris, she offers multilingual mediation, facilitation, and training services tailored to international organisations.

 

Since 2010, Angela has specialised in resolving commercial and workplace disputes in sectors such as Business Events, Technology, Energy, NGOs, Higher Education, and Corporate Partnerships. Her focus: helping organisations manage interpersonal challenges, improve internal communication, and align on strategic decisions.

Angela’s professional journey includes key roles at the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and UFI – The Global Association of the Exhibition Industry – giving her a deep understanding of cross-cultural negotiations, complex stakeholder environments, and the pressures of international business.

 

While Angela leads each engagement personally, she works in close collaboration with a trusted network of seasoned professionals to deliver specialised support when needed — ensuring every solution is tailored, scalable, and effective.
